Music Box Films is pleased to announce the theatrical release of KEEP THE LIGHTS ON in CITY, directed by Ira Sachs, starring Thure Lindhardt and Zachary Booth.

Since its premiere at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, followed by a Teddy Award for Best Queer Film at the Berlin International Film Festival, and Centerpiece screenings this summer at the Toronto, San Francisco, and Los Angeles LGBT Film Festivals, Keep the Lights On has become one of the most acclaimed gay-themed films of the year.

From New Queer Cinema veteran Ira Sachs, Keep the Lights On is an emotionally and sexually charged journey of two men in New York City through love, friendship, and addiction. What starts as a casual encounter develops into a deeper connection that spans a decade.  Keep the Lights On is a film that has people talking long after the closing credits roll, offering a rare depiction of the reality of gay love and life in America today.
